“Knee Deep in Paradise” is the perfect name for this wonderful townhome in Barrier Dunes because you feel like you are in paradise! It had everything I needed for my winter stay, plus many things I didn’t even know I needed. The unit was clean and well kept with beautiful beach decor... the best stocked kitchen I have ever cooked in and the beds were so comfortable. Lots of good books, games and videos; beach chairs, umbrella and cart; great grill and screened in deck... plus it’s pet friendly and even had dog dishes! The beach is clean and gorgeous... one of the best beaches anywhere! And the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking! The property managers were outstanding!! They communicated and updated regularly and responded immediately to an issue with the cable box and smoke alarm. They also left a Christmas gift for me and my dog... I now consider Carolyn and Ros new friends! Don’t let the affordability fool you... this unit is top notch. Knee Deep in Paradise definitely lives up to it’s name! I felt very safe here and would love to stay again. Thanks to the owner, Tahnee, for sharing her lovely home and for the delicious bottle of wine from a winery near her home in Georgia. My daughter and I loved it! We had a great stay in Knee Deep and highly recommend it to anyone wanting an exceptional place to stay.
