Dune Reel Good is in a great location in the popular gated community of Barrier Dunes. This townhome is on the quiet, gulf front "horseshoe" in the complex and feels a little more private and "laid back". 


This townhome is the perfect choice for your beach vacation. You will have wonderful gulf views from the master suite and will be just steps from the white sandy beach of Cape San Blas and the sparkling water of the Gulf. The upstairs deck is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end the day watching the unbeatable sunsets! 


From the moment you walk up to the first floor, you immediately relax into the peace and quiet of Dune Reel Good. The whole place feels new and clean and welcoming. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living area, the property comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Since this townhome is an end unit, the living area feels larger and brighter because of the wonderful big bay window, which is also a perfect little reading nook.  The space also features a large,  smart TV with cable and streaming available. And there is also a nice dining table for eating together or playing games. 


The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and eat in. There is a full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a regular style coffee maker, a kettle, a crock pot, a toaster, a blender, plenty of cookware, bakeware, dishes, cutlery, and glassware. 


Also on the first floor is a bright and welcoming queen bedroom with a private balcony that enjoys the morning sun

There is a flat screen TV for streaming (but you need your own account), or you can bring your own Roku stick or gaming system (there is no cable in this bedroom). Conveniently located between the kitchen and the bedroom is a full bathroom with a toilet and a tub/shower combination.


When you walk upstairs, you are welcomed into a large, inviting private master suite with a comfortable king-size bed, a futon couch, and nice flat screen TV with cable service.  This lovely oasis offers an absolutely wonderful view of the Gulf with a great balcony to sit out and simply soak it all in. Off the bedroom is an open double vanity area, then there is separate bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. Also upstairs is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The huge master suite offers plenty of space to unpack and settle in to fully enjoy this slice of paradise.


There is a private outdoor shower to rinse off when you come back from the beach. We also provide four beach chairs and a cart to get your gear to the beach. The townhome has enough parking for two vehicles.


Barrier Dunes is a great community for guests of all ages. The streets are safe for your children or grandchildren to play or ride bikes. There are three beach access points, two community swimming pools, two tennis/pickle ball courts, a wonderful playground with new equipment, and ponds, where kids also love to feed the resident turtles.
