Gulf Harmony - Cape San Blas
Our duplex offers one of the most unique rental properties on the Cape. Gulf Harmony is handicap-friendly and provides everything on ground-level with absolutely no stairs! This feature makes our property perfect if you are traveling with grandparents, toddlers, friends or family with disabilities, or pets - because fur babies are welcome here too! Gulf Harmony accommodates up to 15 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, and 5 bathrooms, along with two kitchens and two family rooms to accommodate everyone. This property is a great solution for multigenerational families or families of friends traveling together.

Gulf Harmony offers the best of both worlds for a large group - it’s like having two properties with an internal adjoining door that opens up and allows everyone to move easily through the entire duplex. But at the same time, it also allows people to close the door, if some want to watch a movie while others want to visit, or if people have different bedtimes or morning routines! Our duplex is a great place to unwind and enjoy time together. With plenty of seating inside and outside - your family can hang out together by the pool or lounge around inside, share meals, play games or cards, watch movies, and just enjoy being together. In the family rooms, we have 50” large flat screen-smart TVs that allow you to stream your favorite programs or watch a movie from our library.

The bedrooms at Gulf Harmony are well appointed and comfortable. Four of the bedrooms have queen beds and each of these rooms open directly out to the wonderful backyard oasis. One bedroom has a single bed and is perfect for someone wanting their own space. For older adults or those with any physical limitations, we have equipped each master bathroom with a fully accessible “wheel under” sink, multiple grab bars, and a nice tiled step-in shower with a large fold-down bench, an adjustable shower head, and a hand-held sprayer. In addition, there are two bunk rooms - one has two sets of bunk beds (to sleep four) and the other has one set of bunk beds (to sleep two).
The huge backyard has a 6 foot privacy fence to enclose the beautiful crystal clear swimming pool and small spa/hot tub. This property offers a chair lift to assist handicap guests into and out of the pool. (Simply notify us if you need this option.) There are two gas grills, two outdoor dining tables, plenty of sun loungers, and even rocking chairs. And when you’re ready to head to the beautiful white sandy beach, Gulf Harmony is only a short 2 minute walk down a quiet dirt road to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our duplex is centrally located on the coveted north end of the Cape. This area of the beach is pristine and uncrowded. Gulf Harmony provides beach chairs, as well as carts, to help you get your gear to the beach. Then we have an outdoor shower area for rinsing off everything, especially sandy toes and paws when you get back.
​
We are directly across the street from the bike path and are within easy walking distance of Weber’s Little Donut Shop (which is well worth the wait), The Tradin’ Post (if they don’t have it, you don’t need it), Cape San Blas Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, St. Joe Shrimp Company (for lunch or fresh seafood to bring back to the duplex), the Sand Flea (where you can rent bicycles and beach gear), Scallop Cove (with their growler beer station), and Beach Planet (which has tee-shirts, souvenirs, and beach toys).
